Credit Card – you can pay online once we have sent you the quote you can confirm and create your invoice for payment.
Bank Transfer – once you have accepted your quote and created your invoice you can access the details for a bank transfer
Cash is accepted by the driver, in Euros only, with prior agreement at time of booking
Please be courteous with our staff and try to let us know as soon as possible if you have a cancellation or any changes to make to your reservation. Deposits may be refundable, but our policy varies per vehicle. Please contact Sandra for details.
To make a reservation, you can either call Sandra or request a quote online, once you receive the quote you can confirm your reservation. For any trip required within 24 hours, please be sure to call the office at 0034 966 461 569
Of course not. However, if you feel your driver has treated you with courtesy, arrived on time and went above and beyond, then a tip would be very much welcome.

No. Estrella Transportation is a smoke-free fleet. If your group wishes to smoke, we will be glad, within reason, to make rest stops as needed as long as it does not interfere with the schedule.
We have 2 x 26 seat and 2 x 17 seat buses so can transport up to 86 passengers at one time, with additional vehicles we are very flexible.
We are happy to assist you with multiple vehicles if your group is larger than that. Please contact Sandra for a quote.
Yes. We do offer multi-day services. Please contact us with the specifics of your trip so we can accommodate you precisely.
